Labor Code
In accordance with the approved order Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 11.09.2020 №363 define the procedure for managing professional risks, including the identification and assessment of professional risks, corrective measures, control and monitoring of professional risk.
Оccupational risks Identification
Identification of occupational risks is carried out for each profession (position) (workplace) in the context of production (technological) processes and types of activities to identify production factors, the impact of which leads to disability (or death) of an employee in the performance of labor (official) duties, taking into account the nature of their impact on the employee's body.
Working conditions
The main purpose of ensuring occupational safety is to prevent adverse, even fatal, unintended and accidental effects on the worker's body of factors of the production environment and the labor process.
