CHAPTER 22. INTERNAL CONTROL
Article 201. Internal control on labor safety and protection
1. Internal health and safety control shall include the organization of the creation and implementation of a employment safety management system, monitoring the state of working conditions, conducting an operational analysis of production control data, assessing occupational risk and taking measures to eliminate found inconsistencies with safety requirements.
2. Internal monitoring of occupational safety shall be carried out by the employer in order to comply with the established requirements for occupational safety and health and to take immediate measures to eliminate the safety violations detected.
